What we collect
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or forms, and doesn’t collect any personal information. When you order by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep your name, contact number, email address, delivery address and payment reference.
Why we collect it
Only to take, prepare, deliver and confirm your order, and to reply to you. We don’t sell or share your details, and we won’t send you marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep order details only as long as we need them for your order and for our records (including tax records), then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact Trasse at trasse.beugelink@gmail.com or 083 686 8805. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
How to order
Ready to place your order?
Send us your date, the number of guests, what you'd like to order and whether you'll collect or need delivery, and we'll reply with a quote. All orders need at least 4 days' notice, and your order is confirmed once your EFT payment is received.
