Trasse’s Kitchen grew out of a simple passion: cooking good, honest food and making platters that make people smile.
Where it all began
It all started at home. Cooking has always been our happy place, and putting together a beautiful platter is our favourite thing to do. Every tray is arranged by hand, piece by piece, until it looks as good as it tastes.
Family members and friends loved the food. They kept coming back for more, and soon they were asking us to cook for their own get-togethers and celebrations. That’s how Trasse’s Kitchen was born: sharing the food our loved ones enjoy with more tables across Cape Town.
